At the fair I always search out the best sausage sandwich with lots of peppers and onions (so I can remember it a looooong time!!) and some kettle corn or the hubby's choice, taffy! Oh, and he very much likes maple cream if there is a booth somewhere set up from a maple place. Last year's Wisconsin Sheep & Wool festival in Jefferson, WI.
