This is my chenille blanket that I started last year, finally finished it. It is VERY warm and Larry says it will lead to help in Global Warming. LOL

This is a baseball ripple that I made for RJ, Ryan and Rosita's son. Ryan is a Red Sox fan. I enjoy making ripples, they are really neat looking. I designed the baseballs to put on the points.

Seraphina shawl for my Mom for Mother's Day, although I didn't finish it in time to send to her for the day. This is a beautiful pattern and I'm going to make one for myself in black and white. The yarn is Joanne's Sensations Rainbow Boucle.

The two graph blocks are for a dino blanket for Aiden. I'm not sure I like the stegosauraus. It's really the first one I have done so involved and I just don't think it looks right. I started the second one and it seems to be going much better than the stegosauraus. He was a LEARNING EXPERIENCE!!!

The green chenille blanket/throw/afghan is one I started last year. I'm going to try and finish as many WIP's and UFO's as I can. I've got lots of other things I want to make, but I have so many things unfinished. So UNLESS I need a baby gift or someone requests something I'm limiting myself to UFO's, friendship squares and charity squares, until I knock off at least 5 UFO's. This will be with the exception of the two comfortghan's that I'm gonna make for Willis and Sam. Honestly? We'll see how long this lasts!

Haven't crocheted in several days. Today did about 15 rows on my green chenille throw. Seems like it'll be very warm when it's finished. Don't have any pics of it, maybe tomorrow.

These are some pics of purses I have made. I've made lots of purses. The red one was for a purse swap on the 'ville. I absolutely loved this one and may eventually make it for myself. The blue/green variegated is a version of the Fat Bottom Purse, but was a tear-off pattern. It took me almost a year to make it, because I made one side and then put it down until almost a year later! I love my Halloween ones. The orange one I use, the black one I made to sell, but have not actually put it up for sale. Maybe I should try etsy?

This my wonderful swap package from Juli for the "Au Naturale" swap. Lots of good stuff, including some "Wool of the ANdes" which I've always wanted to try. I love the Vally Yarns Denim Blue in the front. Gorgeous yarn! Also love the Knit Picks "Quarry" What a great yarn! I've heard of Knit Picks, but never ordered from them.

This is a thank you from Maya. The comfortghan I made for her is farther down on the blog. What a nice gift. I have it hanging above my computer, makes me smile.

This is what I finished last night. It's for Gabrielle's son. I really liked making this and might make a few more. It went pretty quick. Right now I have to finish some things for my SP. Started a new one last night. Need to clean the spare room right now. It's got bag explosion again!

I decided to post some of the kid/baby wearables I have made in the past couple of years. I have other pics, but they are not digital.
The hat was made first for Makayla, Deb's baby. She exclaimed"Now I need something to match!" So hence the sweater.



I made the bodice first for Lindsey, but Leona asked if I could make it into soemthing else. So I created the sundress.




The strawberry set was for Allison. I made the sweater first, which I loved and with the left over yarn made her the skirt. I don't know if she ever wore it. The hat and scarf were for Krista's son Connor, but I really need to make him something else.

The read/blue sweater was for Joanie's grandson and was an ordered sweater. The buttons are baseballs. He is a Red Sox fan.

The pink dragonfly peplum sweater and the read sweater were for Deb's baby shower for Makayla. I also made her a couple of blankets.

The poncho was for Lindsey and was a quick one I whipped up the night before I went to see them. The pink and red sweater, which I love was made to match the dress that I bought for Lindsey's birthday. i think it came out pretty good.

The hooded sweater and blue sweater were for Ashley's son Jack. The variagted was so easy to do and a very big hit!

Today I received this nice gift from my "Secret Pal" over at Crochetville. I love Crochetville, it's so nice to go to a community and people know what you are talking about. I'm shocked at the amount of people over there that are not appreciated. Everyone I know seems to really appreciate whatever I make for them..... The hook roll is really cool and the sticth markers, I'm not sure what they are made of, but I took a bite to make sure they weren't caramal and chocolate, cuz that's what they look like!
This was from the kirchen swap. I swapped with bklvr/Jamie in Montana. It was pretty cool. i got to liking potholders - might be what everyone gets this year for Christmas! I love the bag holder she made and the colors are fantastic and will match the kitchen. I love the tea cup, but have not tried it yet.

I finished one friendship square last night and continue to work on the starghan. They are pretty easy. I did join another swap - the natural yarn swap - that'll be fun. I have to finish up the SP swap first tho.'
