Rhinebeck and a Blogiversary

My third blogiversary (blogaversary, blogoversary???) is fast approaching....It will happen on October 27. It is also my nephew's birthday (think we're gonna head to NYC at some point to celebrate) and my sister's anniversary....

So since it is fast approaching AND since Rhinebeck is thisclose, I will be giving gifties!!!!!! They are going to be surprise gifties, Rhinebeck gifties...so line up and comment for those gifties!

This also falls into the Blogtoberfest idea of having gifties to entice those to your blog...

So here is the simple and yes, it's simple, no following me or anything (I don't like that as a requirement...I don't follow many blogs, but I read all in my blogroll as soon as they update and visit others too, sometimes adding them) I digress....

Tell me your favorite post of the past three years....now some of you have not read all or even many of my posts, but hey just click away and find something, they are all listed in the right sidebar...

I promise it'll be good......comment on this post and on October 27, wait a minute what day of the week is that....hmmm, Halloween is a Sunday, so counting back....it's a Wednesday, just counted on my fingers, so you have until midnight on October 27, eastern standard time.....I will randomly generate a number when I get home from work on Thursday...

Happy blogging!!!!!!

  4. My favourite post is the Alpaca's one, there's something about those guys aside from their beautiful fibre.
Looking forward to photo's about Rhinebeck, living in New Zealand it's too far to go and costs too much; I'd have no money left when I got there which kind of misses the whole point of going. Have fun there

  8. I am new to your blog, but I read a couple of your posts, and they're all funny. When I saw the heading, "don't tell hubs" I was totally expecting buying yarn without pre-approval..which happens often at my house. ;) But I totally know what you mean about the move from nice to nasty...I might be across the country (Seattle, WA) but summer is definitely OVER! I've been cranking the heat all morning. :)

    Thanks for the giveaway!

  10. Hehe I totally agree with Weatherbee on assumptions on what the "don't tell hubs" post would be about! I came over to your blog from the Blog Hub group on Ravelry and my favourite thing about it at the moment is the fact that no "following" is required to enter the giveaway - that is my pet peeve and I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one! :)

My favorite posts are any post where you have pictures of the yummy yarn you've purchased.

  13. Autumn in Connecticut because you used the term "leaf Peeping". It made me think of family in New England. My niece just said she was going leaf peeping.
