Am I Crazy?

See this yarn?

It’s going to become the Jaywalker socks by Grumperina…..in 4 days…yep..I joined a challenge on Ravelry…

The Couldn’t Foot It challenge.  The idea is those of us who could not attend Sock Summit are going to knit a pair of socks that the Yarn Harlot has previously knitted….

I cast on at about 1:30 and it took until 3:00 before I was going okay…I was all messed up because I tend to knit inside the 4 DPN’s instead of the outside…It took me awhile to figure it out and then I was doing 4K, 2P instead of 2K, 2P…I misread it…so another frog session…now I’m on track…let’s see if I can do this!

Will I make it?  I doubt it, but it’ll be fun to try…

    I used to knit on the inside when I first started knitting socks :-) You are not alone.

    Good luck with the socks. Can't wait to see them.

    Meh, who cares if you finish if you are having fun with yarn that is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! :-)

    Wow, you are adventurous! As you can see, it took me about a year to knit my socks! The yarn is gorgeous. I have forgotten what Jaywalker is like, so I'm going to check it out. Mostly I do plain vanilla socks cuz I just love to have my feet wrapped in wool!
