A friend's daughter turned five and was having a tea party....I ended up not going, but I made her a
crown..by all accounts, she loves it....(ETA: Not my pattern or daughter...I linked it to my Rav page..just added some length to it)
I made is big enough to go over her ears, as an earwarmer....
Lola tried it on too...
She didn't really want to give it up.....
Let's see what others are doing, shall we?
The pink crown is ABSOLUTELY fit for a princess! Darling!
ReplyDeleteLike you I am a teacher too -- but I am special education. This was our first week back and I have been buried with special education paperwork and meetings, so my knitting has laid in its basket beside my desk mocking me!!!!
ReplyDeleteP.S. I love the crown! Too cute! and it's a headband/ear warmer, bonus!!!!
ReplyDeleteLove it!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea, a crown that a princess can wear all winter if she likes. And it is pink so you know she will want to wear it. Cute!
ReplyDeleteIncredible. I love this so much I'm going to save this idea and hope I might have occasion to use it in the future!
ReplyDeleteGreat idea. My girls would like this. Your daughter looks just precious.
ReplyDeleteI love that. Now I want one. Did you make up the pattern? Or can I find it somewhere? If you made it up, you should publish it!
ReplyDeleteYou clearly made a little girl very happy!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute crown!! It looks adorable on your daughter and it's useful to boot! I'm sure the recipient loved it.
ReplyDeleteClever idea. I need to store that one in a spare space in my noggin.
ReplyDeleteThat crown is so adorable, so is the child and Lola :)
ReplyDeleteLove it! Every girl is a princess...and deserves a special crown.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, so cute!
