I have a Ta-Dah that could not wait until next week.....there has been a peek of it on this blog this week already...and you all have been following the creation of my Green Spring....I am wearing it today for the second time (as it's green day at school)....I have not done a thorough blocking of it yet....but have done some steam blocking.....I really love it....sorry for the crap pictures...the sun was in my eyes...
I do love it...there is some puckering by the sleeves, not sure if that was the way I was holding my arms....

Wow! The border makes a difference. I liked the cardigan before, but now it is just beautiful. :-) Happy weekend. Regula
ReplyDeleteWonderful...I was wondering how the border color was going to work as I am WAS a fan of solid green..I'm glad I was wrong..
ReplyDeleteVery nice and perfect for spring!
ReplyDeleteThat turned out to be a fun one :)
ReplyDeleteLove the yoke! Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteOmigosh -- your new cardigan is perfect for welcoming spring!
ReplyDeleteSigns of spring: Bright colors topped by a bright smile. Lovely!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful cardigan, love the colours! Can't see any puckering :)
ReplyDeleteThe puckering is likely due to the construction. Since it is a round yoke there is no sleeve seam, so no shaping at the armscye.
ReplyDeleteThat is the awesomest button band ever! Yay orange!
ReplyDeleteGreat job on the cardi!
ReplyDeleteOMG! I love it! The colors are super sassy and it looks fabulous on you. It really does say, "Warm up, it's Spring!"
ReplyDeleteI've never crocheted a garment but I love this pattern and have the magazine it was in. I really want to try and make it but I'm scared! I love the colours you've chosen. It looks so very different.
