Finished Object Friday

I've had so little time and energy this past week...the end of a school year is exhausting...so many things to take care of....so except for the finishing packing of my classroom (will be done today)...my biggest FO is the end of another school year....and me as a fifth grade teacher..I am moving back down to second grade...yeah!!!!  I was moved to fifth grade under protest....so glad to move back to my original grade level...

So my students have been begging all year for me to make them something...I made a couple of special monkeys for two kids on behavior contracts...then I hunted through the other things I made...the things I was not emotionally invested in I took to school....I was still short a few...so I made these up at the last minute....

A Snorkle.....it started as a spider...but then I decided I was too tired to make all those legs....hence a Snorkle....

Monkey head keychains...I made 5....the bottom one is still left.....I think they are cute.....I might write up a tutorial for them, as they were really easy!

I hope you all have a wonderful day! And check out these other links...

The monkey keyfobs are adorable! I bet the kids loved them! How thoughtful of you to do this for them :)

Congratulations on finishing another school year and for moving back to 2nd grade. :-)

I agree, quite impressive to make something for each of your kiddos.

I love that you made these items for your kids! My son's 1st grade teacher makes felted scarves for her classroom every year. My kids still cherish their scarf even years later.
