Year of Projects - Week 15

Another week gone by with very little progress done....mostly because it was parent conference week and I was exhausted much of the week...I think this morning, I'm finally caught up and not so tired....so don't really have much of an update....but tooling around yesterday on the Yarn Harlot's site, there was mention of this...On the Spice Market and I went oh!....and then there was mention that there were kits at Miss Babs, and I went ah!  And while I like the colors set aside in this kit...there was one set I couldn't get out of my head all day...this set.....after thinking about it all day, I showed it to the Hubs....and he really liked the colors too....they are so not colors I am normally drawn to....so I bought the kit last night....when it comes in, I'll have another shawl cast on.....so excited!

What a gorgeous shawl that will make and a big one too! Great for your vacation knitting!

I like both color sets, but I would have chosen the one you did as the colors seem a bit more neutral and will probably go with more. Will look forward to seeing the finished product. I love the asymetrical shawls................they lend themselves to so much more visual interest.
