My first pair of knitted socks!!
Pattern: It is the Knitmore Vanilla Sock
Yarn: Online Supersocke 100, colorway: Florida
Loved using this yarn! I still have almost 1/2 a skein left…We’ll see how they hold up…
Now to finish the Jaywalkers…I closed the toe on the first one, but have not cast on the second yet…The cast-on of 76 stitches is really too big for me…the first sock is too large, but I don’t know enough yet to change that number…so does anyone have any ideas how to make the first sock fit a bit better in the cuff?

Yay for first socks! I hope they bring you much joy (mine make me happy every time I put them on) ;)
Usually I'd say go down a needle size to make things fit better. But, because you've already done the first one, I'd either make the second one the same way or rip out the first one and go down a needle size. Personally, I'm leaning toward making the second one and giving them to someone that's knitworthy and making a pair for yourself later :)
The socks look great!!
I wish I could help with the jaywalkers!
Congrats on the socks! They look great - nice shade(s) of green!
They look fantastic. Good work!
Congrats on your first socks!!! How exciting. Now to wait for the addiction to set in. ;)

DADGUMIT, WOMAN! Those look marvelous -- it's hard to believe they're your first socks, and you're a new knitter. Man. Congratulations!
