Iowa really has the whole new energy thing happening...there were tons of wind mills along the highway....and when we stopped...I saw my first electric car charging station...
I saw a billboard for a Danish windmill and the nephew did not know the difference....so, of course, we had to go visit it....
I did not take pictures at lunch, but we went to Big Mama's Kitchen in Omaha, Neb. It was good...then we headed to South Dakota, via Iowa....
We are in Mitchell, South Dakota and will do the whole touristy thing tomorrow..I wish we had time to head up to De Smet to visit the Laura Ingalls Wilder exhibit...but we don't and he doesn't even know who she is....so another time...when done here.....we will head to Mt. Rushmore....

If you wore the Viking hat in the restaurant, wouldn't you have had to start chanting "Spam, spam, spam" or am I mixing my Python skits up?
If you had worn the Viking hat in the restaurant, you would have been obligated to start chanting "Spam, spam, spam..." if I'm remembering my Python correctly.
