Week 1: A Year of Projects

So week we I posted yesterday, I will be taking part in the Love Your Library those projects will be added to my list....let's take a look at that list...

These are my current Works in Progress.  I needed to add a pair of socks from the Clara Parkes book and a KAL I started.  I think I'm going to have a separate category for KAL/CAL...

I've actually put some time into several of these this past week.  H's Socks are on the heel turn of the second sock...I added a few rows to Light in Shadows...and to the Turtleneck Capelet..I've also worked on Willow Fields and the Adele socks...I also frogged the "swap" mitts as they were way too big and the Hubs said he wouldn't wear I am putting some effort into finishing some of these WIPs..

my husband came in the other day when I had everything strewn on the bed and said..."someone has some project ADD.."

Here's a quick pic of what it looked like Saturday night, when I was writing this post...
So that is 2 projects out..Willow Fields and Stepping Stones...9 projects bags with projects...3 new skeins of yarn received in the mail....the book Free Spirit Shawls (Clara Parkes was underneath), Willow Fields is in that tablet..and my notions bag...and to the left on top of my alarm clock sits...

What a pretty array of projects all laid out. I like your idea of moving a project to a wip list and then replacing it, I'm all for lists and seeing things laid out as well and as you say it's your list to follow or not follow. Wishing you a productive yop year.

I can totally understand wanting to start a bunch of new things after the holidays or at least get back to your WIPs. I love lists and especially fun project lists!
BTW, was that you in the green in your last post? Too cute! I love the hat and the sweater...did you make them. I love green but I can't wear but you look great in it!
Looks like you are off to a great start this year!

Fantastic list. You are very organized (no matter what your hubby says) and I think you will do well this year. You have a marvelous plan!

This is the best bit - the moment when all projects start and there is so much potential!

I don't know how you keep up with it all. Or how you know where you left off. I would be so confused. :) Good luck with them all. Tammy

I love the term "project ADD," but then I am a special ed teacher. I also teach at a high-poverty school. On of these days I'll knit for school. That's a really nice idea.

Welcome to the disorder of project ADD. I am also a sufferer.

Fabulous projects (and aren't we all a bit ADD with our crafts projects?) and I love the colours you are using for your capelette!
