Blogger Not Letting Me Upload Pics

So will have to wait longer for pics of storm...back at library...top of my street and bottom of my street have power....middle of my street (where I live) not so much....gonna stop home to check once charging is done (at 71% now). Then head out to Barnes and Noble...too cold to stay home....
