This is a cap that I made a friend for her baby girl-to-be. She will appreciate the funkiness of it! The yarn is a vegan from The Crafty Scientist who also now owns Madison Wool. It is made of nylon faux cashmere and is unbelievably soft! I had a bit left over so played with it..it's not done, as I need to add something to it, so next week.
This is the Hubs blanket/afghan. I started it back in 2009. There is a reason I don't make too many of these. It was made with I Love This Yarn acrylic. I really like this acrylic yarn. It is very soft and easy to work with, only I have to order it online, as it is sold at Hobby Lobby and there are none near me.
And lastly, a new pair of fingerless gloves. I love fingerless gloves and have made a bunch of them. I just make up the pattern as I go, and I fit them to my hands as I go, so they really are custom made. The yarn is a mystery yarn I received in a swap. I believe it is Patons Kroy sock yarn, there's a bit of a stretch. I love the striping patten and they almost exactly striped the same way!
Head over to Tami's Amis for more FO Friday

Wow - you've got those stripes pretty nearly matched on your fingerless gloves. Good work to finish the afghan. It's a nice masculine pattern and colours!
Cute projects. I love blue and brown together in that blanket.
Love the colours on the hat, very cheerful! Blanket looks great. Great colours for a man!
I love all three projects! The mitts really are so symmetrical - it is amazing how those self-striping yarns can do that.
